Here is the "letter" I just sent to FB through the "Report a Problem" area.
Facebook's real name is a bad bad idea! There are people across the country as well as the world, and not just those in the LGBTQ community, who cannot use, reveal, their real names and require privacy or anonymity. Examples (other than drag queens): civilan populations in war-torn areas of the world such as Iraq or the Ukraine where use of their real names who expose them and may result in harm or death to them or their families. Another example: the person whose political or religious beliefs and activism may place them at odds with friends and family and perhaps their job and may also be used against them in some manner.
A person's integrity is not dependent upon their profile name, only their actions done under that profile name.

Please change your name policy and alllow those who wish to have privacy and anonymity have it.
